FILM: Salmon Fishing in the Yemen (and the sashimi)

Another inspirational feel good movie I recommend to watch. But this time this film is not something only weird graphics designer will want to waste time with, though the title of the film might sound like another indie film but it is not. In fact the movie title really mean it literally. The film has a lot of political humor but not very funny, somehow funny in a smart way if you are aware of what’s happening in the middle east. “Salmon Fishing in the Yemen” is a full fiction based on a novel with a same title written by Paul Torday. In the story, the Sheikh from Yemen is very wealthy, but in fact the¬†Yemen is considered one of the poorest countries in the Arab world. I am a fan of Ewan McGregor and should say that he made a right choice for a film role once again… I like this actor.
