TRAVEL: Doors, why do there have to be flaws (Part 2)

IMG_6610

One song from #Bastille mentioned that our flaws made us who we are and without it we will be doomed. Listen to their acoustic version of “Flaws” and hear/feel it your self, it is a beautifully written song. Then, imagine what if we people does not have flaws. What if we are all born perfect? What if there is not an inch of ugliness from anyone physically and emotionally? I’ll leave it to you to ponder.

Below are collection of unique doors gathered from Morocco (Chefchaouen, Fez, Essaouira) and Andalusia, Espana. Notice what makes them one of a kind. It is their flaws. Every door is beautifully flawed from everything that surrounds them. Each of it are molded and designed based on culture, nature, weather and by their maker.

Like us people. Each of us has inherited flaws from our parents and ancestors. None of us are made to choose what kind of beings we are going to be. Nature, culture and the cycle of life made us who we are. Our differences and faults are what made this world go round.
